Dementias Platform UK (DPUK) ( is a public private partnership established by the Medical Research Council (MRC) for translational dementia research. DPUK comprises a Data Portal, Trials Delivery Framework, and Experimental Medicine Incubator.  Our mission is to provide an integrated research environment for dementia translation.

The Trials Delivery Framework ( supports trials recruitment from the DPUK Clinical Studies Register and the Great Minds research register. These registers have 60,000 participants and distributed around the UK who are risk-stratified by phenotype. The Trials Delivery Framework works with academic and industry partners and the UK Brain Health Centre movement to standardise and streamline the conduct of dementia-related clinical studies. A growing portfolio of studies includes intensive clinical studies, industry sponsored trials and evaluating digital interventions.
